Birds of a feather
don’t really flock together
when living in town.
From the top: Turkey Vulture; Scissortail Flycatcher; Northern Mockingbird; Guinea Fowl. I saw all four (plus several more interesting specimens that escaped my lens) on my way to and from work on the same day, which made for a pretty blissful commute.

and phone calls loudly bleat
while from eating he failed to refrain.
Flamingos are blue,
unable to connect with
each other. Or shrimp.
